I'm Frankie. I've been coaching women through running, triathlon, and the things life throws at them since 2016. Not from a podium. From the same place a lot of you are starting from.

I became the coach I needed
In my early twenties I was signed off work. In and out of hospital with depression and chronic pain. On antidepressants and sleeping pills, then more pills for the side effects of the first ones.
I walked out of the doctor's one day with a bag of medication thinking this cannot be my life.
I came off everything. I started running up and down my car park because I was too self-conscious to run on the road. Three months to get from couch to 5K. Ordered "How to Run a Marathon" off Amazon. Did the London Marathon when everyone said I couldn't.
Nobody consistently had my back through the worst of it. The training did. The nutrition did. So now I have my athletes' backs the way I wish someone had had mine.

Pretty Strong is high-touch. I take a small number of 1:1 athletes at any given time. The application form is short. I read every one personally and I'll WhatsApp you within 24 hours on weekdays.
If we're not the right fit I'll tell you that too.
