Hi Dear,

Can’t believe it’s a week already 😀 a big THANK YOU again for all the time and efforts you spent making us all do this! For me it was an amazing journey- although at times I was indeed asking myself why am I doing this? Especially when everyone around me was going out for drinks and food and I was either skipping or going home early as I knew I couldn’t run when hangover 😀 but the group experience/ motivation somehow made it work. I kept on going although I had bad and good runs, I was exhausted at times and sometimes I was also struggling to fit everything into my schedule! It wouldn’t have been possible if I had done it on my own and without your motivation and training plan. At one point I was even excited on Sundays to get the plan for the next week. So for me personally I find it quite interesting what you can make your body do if you’re consistent. I never would have thought that, and I still couldn’t quite believe it when I finally crossed that finish line. A nice side effect of all the training is that my body looks more toned now 😀 and also a big respect to you for managing so many people with so many different characters and always being so patient. For me it was a perfect mixture of doing your own runs and group runs. The group runs were always much nicer though. I think it was also good that we always only knew the training plan for the next week and it was split in parts. If I would have known the whole plan from the beginning it would have scarred me away 😀

I’ll definitely wanna keep up with the running and go for another challenge next year 😊 💕
