Frankie is super knowledgable and supportive in her coaching, making sure she really understands your goals and tailors everything towards that. Frankie coached me to complete my first ever half marathon and has been my PT along the journey as well. While her never say die attitude is an inspiration in itself, she is a very results-oriented, positive coach, who partners with you to deliver against your personal goals in a systematic, structured and balanced manner. "..from the very bottom of my heart. Frankie is such an amazing coach, I cannot, cannot, cannot emphasize and say this enough!!!! Amongst all the other classes & coaches I’ve trained with, she’s THE most welcoming and encouraging one of all. She welcomed us into her Spartan team with such open arms even though we’ve only attended less than a handful of classes at that time. She even extended the welcome to my fiance who has never even trained with her before. She is also very patient in training us, answering our never-ending questions about the race, and for constantly assuring us that all will be good and that we can do it! We knew we were in such good hands under her training and guidance. She even offered 1-1 sessions just before the race itself for anyone who feels like they are not prepared and wants more practice. She is a coach who definitely goes the extra mile & shows genuine care to every one of her clients, like trying to find out the root of the problem (such as our fears of height) & for coming up with ways to help us get over it. I also really appreciate that she’s one of those coaches who would actually do the exercises together with us during training and constantly push us through every set! It definitely helps! 🤭 When she said that we are not leaving anyone behind during race day, she really meant it! She pushed us through every obstacle and when I was lagging behind, she was always there beside me to push and motivate me through it! Even my fiance wasn’t left behind despite me telling them to go ahead. Appreciate that! There’s just not enough words to express how thankful I am for that very day that I signed up for my first spartan training because from there, I’ve known such an amazing group and community of people through her classes who are like-minded, motivating and amazing! I've had very good experience with Coach Frankie. She truly cares and goes out of the way to listen to the problems and provide solutions. I started this journey wanting to challenge myself. I ended the journey falling in love with myself. The new me is happier, has healthy eating habits, running is my new found passion and also let’s not forget the new me is pimple free! Get yourself a Frankie in your life and see it change!

For me it was an amazing journey. It wouldn’t have been possible if I had done it on my own and without your motivation and training plan. So for me personally I find it quite interesting what you can make your body do if you’re consistent. I never would have thought that, and I still couldn’t quite believe it when I finally crossed that finish line. A nice side effect of all the training is that my body looks more toned now. I’ll definitely wanna keep up with the running!
We had never considered ourselves runners before! So it was highly encouraging. Now I can say yes I’m getting addicted to running and looking forward for my next year full marathon and many more runs with this amazing group.
In you, I found the perfect balance of fitness, strength training, all rounded well being , great advice (OMG! Magnesium has changed my life!) and the first coach that allows me to enjoy my G&Ts every once in a while (guilt free!). Your personal strength training really, really helped get rid of my IT band issues and helped me feel ahhhmazzzzing after the half. I felt no crazy pain the day after and can only attribute it to all the sessions we did right before the run. Thanks for making my year - this really did!
2018 was the healthiest, fittest year I’ve ever had - I cut down on drinking, cleaned up my eating, focused on getting enough sleep and prioritised fitness for the first time ever. And as a byproduct of that, my head is so much clearer and I feel more content and confident. I can’t thank you enough for being the person who helped me get there!
This journey has changed my lifestyle and who I am. I have changed my food habits where now I take healthy breakfast every day. I am no longer asleep to work and back zombie, I feel more energetic every day. I am more aware of the body and how important core strength and strengthening the muscles is and will continue to be aware and try to strengthen for a better posture and better movements. I love and am proud to be a part of Pretty Strong Squad!! This journey has made me a better person, stronger and healthier woman who believes that she can take up anything if she has the mind to do it and that is thanks to you!!
I felt proud of myself for the first time in a very long time. Frankie made it possible. I definitely see an improvement in my mood and my outlook on things.
Frankie’s positive outlook and can-do attitude was great motivation and I’ve thoroughly loved the whole process; from running my very first (non-stop!) half marathon, to improving my overall general fitness and to seeing what positive benefits regular exercise and goal setting can have on me mentally.
